🆘 SAVE PARKOUR FRIENDS – PAYMENT INFORMATION
URGENT: We need your help – otherwise our sanctuary will disappear NOW on Tuesday!
If we do not pay SEK 100,000 to Värmdö Municipality by Monday, April 1st, we will lose all our hall times and the opportunity to book new ones. Not even our traditional Easter Hunt on Easter Eve will take place.
Despite thousands of free activities since 2015
We are otherwise forced to train outdoors from Tuesday –
and that is not safe with so many children and young people with different needs.

🎯 WE ARE LOOKING FOR 33 HEROES WHO SWISH 2,995 SEK THIS WEEKEND
💛 Swisha 2,995 SEK until autumn 2025 – that is how we save the association together.
💛 We offer the rest of the semester fee (you save about 1,500 SEK!)
💛 You get access to ALL our classes (as long as it is safe and there is space) the offer is only valid until Sunday!
Regular price for e.g. Freerunning is 4,595 SEK 20 times
You pay 2,995 SEK – and you become one of our heroes and get full access HT2025

The semester starts as soon as we enter the hall when school starts!
📅 Only valid this weekend – preferably before Sunday!
April 1st is the deadline if we are to transfer the money to the municipality. Then it's over.
IF we don't reach 100,000 SEK, we will secure the money in the association's investment account and send it back to you heroes who volunteered, unless the municipality changes its mind
and gives us an installment plan.
BUT we should think about celebrating and preferably taste the cake at the celebration next Friday ;)

📉 WHY IS THE RENT SO HIGH?
Normally we pay 170 SEK/h as a non-profit association.
BUT – because we didn't have time to submit our financial statements on time (we are few non-profits)
the municipality has automatically increased our rate to:
⛔ 799 SEK/h in Ösbyhallen
⛔ 699 SEK/h in Grantomta
It is NOT a penalty – it is a temporary rate until we submit all the documents.
✅ The financial statements are fresh and CLEAR
✅ The annual meeting is underway
✅ When we have submitted everything, we will get back the low rent
But first we MUST pay the invoice – otherwise we will lose our times already on Tuesday!

📊 WHAT DOES THE MONEY GO FOR?
We are an association where our entire team is employed – including youth leaders.
We lack non-profit power and cannot deduct VAT on purchases.
✅ We pay taxes & social security contributions
✅ Our accounting firm costs 899 SEK per hour
✅ Ingela (founder) has been employed but has waived her salary since October 2022
We are serious. We are doing this right. And now we have a fresh financial statement.
💥 This means that we can finally apply for large grants again –
just like we did before the pandemic, when we were over 600 active practitioners!
Now we can get going again – but we have to survive.

🌸 FUTURE & EASTER HUNT
Thanks to collaborations, we can still create something nice:
💛 Ösbyskolan lends out hall time on Maundy Thursday
💛 The Ett Hjärtligt Värmdö Foundation sponsors SEK 5,000 towards our salaries
This means that we can invite after-school children from Hemmestaskolan & Ösbyskolan to Easter Hunt and market ourselves and find more sponsors as we want to reach out to Vikskolan, Grantomtaskolan and more.
But above all, that our practitioners get an OPEN GYM in the evenings

🎓 NEWS THAT RISK OF BEING CANCELLED
In the fall, our parkour profile at Gustavsbergs Gymnasium was supposed to start. A chance for more young people to study a theoretical program –
without being forced into a vocational program because the support is not enough.
💔 But even that is now at risk of being canceled or put on hold –
if we don't get hall times and conditions to continue.
I can't give up our sanctuary.
And I can't let down all our suns.
After 12 years as a parkour coach, I have learned:
Obstacles are there to be overcome
– and alone is not the strongest.
We have been struggling for almost ten years through pandemic and electricity bills.
That's why I'm asking YOU for help today.
